And then it begins....

Six years ago i would never think about blogging on my own weight problemo...or so i think...gila apa yg mau dikarut kalau berat badan hanya 49 kg, daging cukup cukup ja membaluti tulang....kalau untung nasib sabut timbul, org bilang fuyohhh semangat kali mo mencuba blogging, but if rugi batu tenggelam dibilang gila mo fofuler ni budak, kurus karing pon nulis pasal masalah berat badan..atukoiiii kan bikin sakit hati tu?

so when i climb on the scaler ( like everyone else who doubt weather they are the plum Rose in the Titanic movie or the skinny Gwyeneth Paltrow) no my eyes did not bulge seeing what my last meal just did to my body mass..... 62.9kg....oo just great!!! and this is just a few days ago... frustrated, i login to the most famous book in the entire world and search for KDA ( kelab diet atkins),a page constructed by a group of people who cares enaugh to take care of whats going insde their body, enjoy their food (with some types of food exclussion) and still lost weight... i am talking about bigtime lost!!!

lepas baca kejayaan demi kejayaan otai2 dan soon to be otai...i decided to give it a try..well 
everyone else whose been doing it is still standing and breathing pluss updaating their fb
right??i am no less of a human than them...just get the guts to say goodbye to nasi, bread, pastries and makanan lain yg ada unsur karbohidrat yang tinggi for at least 2 weeks,thats it...2 weeks???rasa mo pitam walaupun belum start buat at the mentioning on the big NO NO food....saya memang hantu nasi, pastries, bihun sup (born in the east Malaysia so yes mee bihun or any types of mee is a big part of me while growing up)..macammana mo bertahan 2 minggu without them uhukssssss....

tp bila time mo keluar tercari2 baju yang masih boleh muat tanpa perlu sparetyre terbonjol sana sini and fail over and over again , i decided to give it a try... and so i start berAtkins on 15/4/2013 with starting weight 62.9 kg...there goes my day withour rice and pastries huhuhu.....the first few days memang susahnyaaaaaaaa!!! i went out to lunch when everyone else had already settle their third spoon of food, hoping that no one will ask aikk whyla xmakan nasi?? the first Atkiens lunch consist of taugeh goreng, ikan masak asam pedas minus the kuah and sky juice....den dinner telur dadar n ayam panggang plus lotsa plain water.... the menu was then repeated for the next 2 days...

today errr oo yesterday, when i step into the weighing machine i smile for the first time in month while looking down at the numbers pointed...59kg!!!! chek chek berapa sudah turun beratku? 3.9 kg in less than a week!!!! yehuuuuuuu a good start for mood boosting kan kan kan :)....
